This Privacy Policy explains how Ardosi LLC ("Ardosi," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit ardosi.com, submit our request form, or use a mobile app that Ardosi publishes (together, the "Services"). If a specific app has its own privacy notice, that notice adds to this policy for that app.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you use our request form, we receive your name, organization, email address and message.
• App content. Information you enter in an app so it can do its job, such as settings or files.
• Device and usage information. In apps, basic technical details such as device model, operating system version, app version and crash or performance reports, used to fix problems and improve the app.
• Permissions you grant. An app may ask for access to things like your camera, photos, location or notifications. It uses that access only for the feature you turned on, and you can change it in your device settings at any time.
• Purchases. In-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We receive confirmation of a purchase, not your payment card details.
• Basic technical logs. Our hosting provider may log technical details such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure. If spam protection is enabled on our form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical signals to tell people from bots.

Our website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How we use information

• To respond to your request and communicate with you.
• To provide, operate, secure and improve the Services.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information

Ardosi does not sell personal information, does not share it with third parties for their own advertising, and does not use it to track you across other companies' apps and websites.

When we share information

• Service providers that help us run the Services, such as hosting, email delivery or crash reporting. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
• App store platforms such as Apple and Google, which process downloads, purchases and reviews under their own privacy policies.
• Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, Ardosi or others.
• Business transfers, if Ardosi is involved in a merger, sale or similar transaction. We would tell you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

Data retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. If an app lets you create an account, you can ask us to delete the account and its data at any time, inside the app where offered or through our request form.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, use our request form and choose "Privacy request" as the start of your message. We may need to confirm your identity.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will give notice in the affected app or on this website.
